The sales volume for the whole year of 2020 reached 1.0558 million units, a year-on-year increase of -13.1%. From January to June in 2021, the export market sold 950,000 units, an increase of 118% year-on-year; the improvement was greatly improved compared to 2020. As a result, there is greater potential for export recovery under the international epidemic in the future.
From the perspective of monthly trends, exports in recent years still show seasonal characteristics, showing the peaking and falling trend characteristics of the roller coaster in summer, but it will change to a V-shaped trend in 2020. In May-June 20 years, exports were at the low level of previous years. In 20 years, the auto market had a strong start to exports. The trend rebounded from February to June, but the trend in May-June was unusually sluggish. Under the epidemic situation, exports from July to December 2020 have a relatively strong trend relative to domestic exports, forming a feature that foreign countries are picking up more slowly than domestic ones.
The export auto market from 2017 to 19 has increased relative to the same period. From January to December 2020, 1.06 million vehicles (including chassis) were exported, and the growth rate of -13% is considered very good. The export of four-wheel drive SUVs performed better in January-June 21. This year’s traditional passenger car exports are relatively good, and both traditional and new energy passenger car exports have low growth and negative growth, which also shows that our exports are still encountering bottlenecks.
From January to June 2021, customs trucks exported 175,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 133%, and passenger cars were in a severe downturn.
From the structural point of view, passenger car exports are strongest in passenger cars with less than 9 seats, and cars account for 28%. The bus is poor.
In 2017-2019, the export volume of new energy vehicles is relatively large, but passenger vehicles are basically micro low-speed electric vehicles, and the actual number is not large. New energy will perform well in 2020, and plug-in hybrid models should also be re-sold products of the joint venture. The performance of new energy passenger vehicle exports has improved. From January to June 2021, the monthly average level is 30,000 units, accounting for about 23%, which is much higher than the domestic level.
