According to the statistics of the “Lithium Battery Import and Export Database” released by the Institute of Industrial Technology (GGII), from January to April 2020, China exported about 550 million lithium batteries, a year-on-year decrease of 12%. An increase of 16%.

These lithium batteries are mainly exported to the United States, Germany, South Korea, Vietnam, Japan, India, Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, and Slovenia. The total export value of these ten countries is about 18.1 billion, 64% of the total export value.

From January to April 2020, the production areas of China’s lithium battery export enterprises are mainly concentrated in Guangdong, Jiangsu, and Fujian, and the three provinces account for about 76.35% of the total.
