Industrial support, innovation and development. Pay attention to the coordinated development of industry and trade, goods trade and service trade. Relying on the advantages of manufacturing industry to develop service trade and bring China’s services “going global”; give full play to the supporting role of service trade and enhance the added value of trade in goods. Lay a solid foundation for the development of trade in services and enhance the international competitiveness of the service industry.

The level of opening up of the service industry was further improved, the service industries used foreign capital and the scope of foreign investment was gradually expanded, and their quality and level were gradually upgraded. The scale of service trade is expanding. By 2020, the import and export of services will exceed 1 trillion U.S. dollars. The proportion of service trade in foreign trade will further increase, and the global proportion of service trade will increase year by year. The distribution in the international market has been gradually balanced. The countries along the “One Belt and One Road” have steadily increased their share of service exports in China.
